Founded in 1997, DND Technologies (“DNDT”) is a publicly traded holding company that acquires, invests in, or partners with next generation start-ups and established businesses, to bring new or improved products to market. DNDT’s core competencies include acquiring strategic financial positions in cutting-edge companies that have synergies in business-to-business and business-to-consumer products, and new technology opportunities that are targeted to resolving unmet consumer needs and emergent business domains.
DNDT is a Nevada corporation, duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the State of Nevada, in the business of owning assets. DNDT has at all times had requisite corporate power and is duly authorized, qualified, franchised and licensed under all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances and orders of public authorities to own its properties and assets and to carry on any business it has conducted. To the best knowledge, information and belief of management, the nature of DNDT’s business and the ownership of its properties have not required it to become qualified as a foreign corporation in any state in which it has not been so qualified.
After acquiring DNDT three years ago, management gave operational control of the company to a Craig’s List-type start-up, “Matching Ads,” that had a Fox Network partnering agreement. That deal never realized its promised potential so it was rescinded one year ago.
As a holding company, DNDT does not have any operations, activities, or other active business. Instead, it owns assets. DNDT anticipates that, as it makes additional acquisitions, these assets will be shares of stock in other corporations, limited liability companies, limited partnerships, private equity funds, hedge funds, publicly traded stocks, bonds, real estate, song rights, brand names, patents, trademarks, copyrights, and other assets that have value.

Structural Dynamics is DNDT’s primary analytical tool for corporate acquisition/investment strategy. This strategy includes scenario planning and some aspects of systems thinking to consider that many factors may sometimes combine in complex ways to create unexpected futures. This method allows DNDT strategic analysis personnel to include factors that are difficult to formalize, such as novel insights about the future, possible changes in values, or unanticipated regulations or inventions. This allows us to consider a wide range of possible developments or strategic alternatives, choose a desirable course of action, monitor global developments, and, if necessary, make timely strategic adjustments
Opportunity Discovery is a prime focus of DNDT as it seeks to expand its current portfolio into new technology and market spaces to include markets for new technology, new technology for existing markets, and new markets for existing technology. Opportunity Discovery is the organized means whereby DNDT identifies new areas of value. For us it is a structured process of methods, tools and techniques that allow us to completely explore new and existing technologies to prognosticate future potential.
Strategic Road-Mapping/Customer Targeting is part of DNDT’s Strategic Business Insight approach to working with partners for product or service development and implementation using our technology road-mapping process. Strategic roadmaps are a proven, effective means to communicate and coordinate technology business plans, strategies and related activities. DNDT works with partner companies in developing strategies for targeting, attracting and maintaining customers. |
